Hiring FTE Sr. or Principal SailPoint Software Developer, our client who is a leading quantitative research & technology company in the financial industry. By using the latest scientific techniques, our client produces world-beating predictive research and builds advanced technology to analyze the world’s data. This is truly a unique and niche area within the Fintech global arena. This uber position is within the IAM Division, below describes details about the group, your responsibilities and minimum requirements.
The IAM (Identity Access Management) division which is responsible for:
• Protecting all resources and intellectual property within the company world wide
• Manages all user identities and their access permissions
• Owns provisioning from cradle to grave
Role responsibilities are:
• Ownership of the end to end development, delivery, operations, prioritization, backlog of Sailpoint for the business worldwide
• Delivery and creation of best practices on workflow, making flow charts a reality. You will have support staff to help you but you own this process to make sure its correct and to get it done
• Budgeting
• Testing
• Supporting IAM workflows (entitlements)
• Self-service group management functions
• Attestation (governance)
• Password reset functions
Key specific responsibilities:
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business processes
• Mapping business requirements to technical requirements
• Develop new, enhancement existing joiner, mover, leaver processes
• Leveraging role based access control capabilities to reduce number of individual entitlements
• Driving IAM process improvement projects
• Create documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
• Run the RBAC process improvements and policies
• Work with and mentor junior members of the team
• Enhance improvements to reduce, eliminate manual provisioning, de-provisioning steps
Minimum (Must have) Qualifications:
• Min. 3 yrs. SailPoint development expertise
• Sailpoint Version 7.3 or later Certs
• Completed 2 SailPoint classes and or Sailpoint certified, fluent in NetBeans)
• Minimum 3 yrs Java development
• Demonstrable experience assessing and implementing access control procedures and processes
• General background and knowledge across IT and technology
• Strong provisioning experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management expertise in order to describe access control security policies across the business
Preferred skills (these are not required but will help if you have any listed below)
• Salipoint plugins
• Written custom Sailpoint connectors
• Jenkins or Bamboo expertise
• Expertise monitoring systems (and tools)
• Experience with Immutability (feature of the server)
• AWS or any other Cloud services expertise
• Teraform enterprise or Cloud formation scripts
• “Infrastructure as code” knowledge
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base pay range $120-$180k USD + 1st year annual bonus: 40% of base = Total annual comp range: $168k to $252k USD DOE (depending on experience & acceptance from the client)
• Relocation compensation provided to the approved candidate, estimated range is $20 to $25k USD
