Hiring: Developer for WordPress & Webflow sites Contract Full Time Part Time

Our focus is to design and refine our clients’ brand, voice, online and physical presence within their given space and combine back-end operations with front-end development.

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and energetic web developer with a passion for designing, developing, and launching custom digital websites and experiences for the medical industry and more.
This role would span many different elements of the website development process, from designing pages and interactions, implementing SEO techniques, crafting WordPress and Webflow sites
Providing support to clients with published sites managed by Planet-3
We are currently hiring on a contractual basis with the possibility of full-time or part-time employment in the future.
As a small, dynamic team, we wear many hats and take on many diverse projects. The position requires someone who is versatile and comfortable working in a smaller company format which means you’re happy working solo as well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities of the position:

Collaborate with the web team to plan and build new content and site functions.
Connect with other client teams to help them design their web presence.
Work with the graphic design team to improve web designs to better reflect work and brand.

Minimum Requirements for this position:

At least 2 years of experience in website development
Hands on experience with WordPress or Webflow
Willingness to learn and adapt (must be flexible) to our processes for development
Initial work requirement of minimum 12 hours up to 24 hours per week with possibility to grow based on interest in additional hours
Clear and concise communication as to work progress, issues, etc. and the ability to overcome issues on your own if required
Ability to work remotely with your own equipment and resources

Preferred Skill set (this is bonus)

Compensation:

Initial compensation is: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour USD depending on project and scope.
